These terms govern use of ARMTED. The English version is canonical until approved local translations are published.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally permitted to use ARMTED in your location. Accounts are created in the mobile application. You are responsible for your account, device security and all activity you approve.

2. Responsible use

ARMTED supports lawful sport shooting, collecting and related communities. You must follow all applicable licensing, ownership, transfer, transport, storage and advertising laws.

3. Listings

ARMTED provides discovery and listing tools. ARMTED is not the seller, buyer, transfer agent or escrow provider. Parties are responsible for eligibility checks, lawful transfer procedures, item accuracy and personal safety.

4. Prohibited content

Do not publish unlawful items, misleading offers, hate, threats, instructions intended to facilitate harm, personal data without authority, spam or content that violates another person’s rights.

5. Moderation

We may review, limit, remove or preserve content and may restrict accounts to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. Reporting and appeals are available through support.

6. Paid features

Promotions or other paid services may be introduced later. Their price, scope and provider terms will be shown before purchase. No real checkout is currently offered on this website.

7. Availability and liability

ARMTED is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARMTED is not responsible for user conduct, off-platform transactions or losses caused by unlawful use.
