Find quick answers or contact the ARMTED team. Never send passwords, QR codes or identity documents by email unless support has provided a verified secure upload.

Signing in on the web

Open your signed-in ARMTED mobile app, go to Profile, tap the QR icon and scan the code shown on the login page. Each code expires after 60 seconds and works once.

Listings and contact

Listings are public, but seller details and phone numbers require sign-in. ARMTED does not provide chat on the website. Always follow local transfer and licensing requirements.

Account and data

Use password recovery if you cannot access your account. A separate data deletion form is available for privacy requests.
