Privacy policy

This policy explains how ARMTED processes personal data when you use the website and mobile application. The English version is the canonical version until approved local translations are published.

1. Data we process

We process account identifiers, profile information, content you publish, listing activity, security logs, device information and support correspondence. Precise location is used only when you explicitly enable a location feature.

2. Why we use data

We use data to operate accounts, display public content, provide listing and catalog functions, protect the community, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve ARMTED.

3. Public content

Public profiles, public posts, approved comments, and public listing details may be visible without sign-in. Seller identity and contact details are hidden from anonymous website visitors.

4. Sharing and processors

We use vetted infrastructure, storage, email, analytics and moderation providers under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when lawfully required.

5. Retention and security

Data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes, legal duties, dispute handling and platform security. Web sign-in uses a short-lived, one-time QR authorization and an encrypted browser cookie.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion. Use the data deletion page or contact privacy@armted.com.
